초록

본 연구는 발달장애인 당사자가 지각하는 삶의 만족도의 변화궤적을 살펴보고 또 변화궤적에 영향을 미치는 예측요인을 인구학적 요인, 신체적 요인, 사회적 요인, 경제적 요인, 심리적 요인을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 장애인고용패널 1차 웨이브 5차(2012년)에서 8차(2015년)까지의 자료를 사용하여, 잠재성장모형을 활용한 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 삶의 만족도 4년간의 변화율이 발달장애인 개인들 간에 차이가 있으며, 또 삶의 만족도 초기값이 높았던 발달장애인은 시간의 흐름에 따라 삶의 만족도 수준이 완만하게 증가하는 반면에, 삶의 만족도가 낮았던 발달장애인은 가파르게 증가하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 건강상태는 삶의 만족도 초기값에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면에 변화율에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 국민기초생활보장수급 여부는 삶의 만족도 변화율에는 정적인 영향을 미치지만, 초기 삶의 만족도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 자아존중감은 삶의 만족도 초기값과 변화율에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구의 결과에 기초한 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

This current study investigated the longitudinal change pattern of life satisfaction and factor for prediction(demographic, physical, social, economic, and psychological factor) of people with developmental disabilities. The analysis using the latent growth curve model was conducted using data from 5th to 8th wave 1 of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED). The findings are as follows: First, for people with developmental disabilities, who had high life satisfaction, the level of life satisfaction increased gradually over time, on the other hand, it was found that for people with developmental disabilities, who had low life satisfaction, the level of life satisfaction increased sharply. Second, we found that health status had a positive effect on the intercept of life satisfaction, on the other hand, no significant affect the slope of life satisfaction. Third, we found that National Basic Livelihood Security Allowance Status had a positive effect on the slope of life satisfaction, but no significant affect the intercept of life satisfaction. Finally, we found that self-esteem had a positive effect on the slope as well as the intercept of life satisfaction.
