초록

본 연구는 2017년 한국복지패널 12차년도 조사자료를 활용하여 여성장애인의 사회적 지지가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 우울감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과에 의하면, 여성장애인의 사회적 지지는 삶의 만족도에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면에, 우울감에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 우울감은 삶의 만족도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 여성장애인의 사회적 지지가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 우울감의 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 사회적 지지가 낮은 여성장애인들을 대상으로 우울감 완화에 도움이 되는 다양한 교육 및 프로그램을 개발하고 활성화하여 그들이 낮은 사회적 지지로 인하여 삶의 만족도가 저하되지 않도록 해야 될 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to examine whether depression mediates the association between social support and life satisfaction of disabled women. The study used 12th panel data of Korean Welfare Panel Study. Findings of the current study are as followed. First, we found that social support had positive effect on life satisfaction of disabled women. Second, we found that social support had negative effect on depression of disabled women. Third, we found that depression had negative influence on life satisfaction of women with disabilities. And finally, we found a partially mediating effect of depression between social support and life satisfaction of women with disabilities. Therefore, it is necessary to select disabled women with low social support and activate as well as develop various program to help alleviate their depression.
