전 세계적으로 인구고령화는 사회적 이슈이며 그에 따른 다양한 사회문제는 각 나라 정
부의 주요 정책 과제로 부상하고 있다. 특히 우리나라는 세계에서 가장 급격한 인구 고령화
를 경험하고 있기에 이에 따른 부작용은 더욱 심각한 것으로 예상되며, 이미 노인빈곤, 노
인자살, 독거노인, 고독사, 노인우울증, 역할상실 등 다양한 사회문제로 나타나고 있다. 본
연구에서는 그 동안의 노인학대 방지 대책 방안에 대해 살펴보고 ‘노인학대방지 종합대책’
의 주요내용을 시행하기 위해 2015년 12월 29일 개정, 2016년 12월 30일부터 시행하고
있는 노인복지법 개정 법률을 분석하고 유사사업 법률과 비교를 통해 노인보호사업의 현
재와 앞으로 보완이 필요한 미래를 살펴보고자 한다. |

Aging became a social issue already, and is causing various social problems.
Governments in each country handle the crisis as major policy tasks of
governments in each country. Especially, Korea is one of the world's fastest
aging countries and new crisis that concerned with old aged persons like elder
poverty, elder suicide, alone living elder, elder depression have arisen. In this
study, throughout the examination of elder abuse prevention policy and revised
elder welfare law, it is proposed the direction of elder protection services. |
